Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Global Sales at Sport Medical, further strengthening his expertise in strategic sales leadership and international market development.
Mike Phillips
Head of Engineering & Quality
Mike Phillips brings decades of engineering and operations leadership to the medical device industry. He currently serves as Head of Engineering & Quality and previously led as VP of Engineering & QMS at AlterG. Before that, he held Vice President of Operations roles at both Philips Medical and ADAC Laboratories, where he oversaw product development, quality systems, and operational excellence.
Fran Hackett
Head of Sales & Marketing
Fran Hackett is a seasoned commercial leader with deep expertise in the medical technology industry. He currently serves as Head of Sales & Marketing and previously held VP roles at AlterG and Brainsway, where he led strategic growth initiatives and expanded market reach. Earlier in his career, Fran spearheaded sales at Tibion, building a strong foundation in healthcare innovation and customer engagement.
Carmine Tronolone
General Manager
Carmine Tronolone joined as General Manager in August 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of operational leadership. He oversees all aspects of production, focusing on efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals. Carmine holds a degree from Binghamton University and a Master’s Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing bocce ball, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
Shahidul Mahfuz
Engineering Manager
Shahidul Mahfuz is a seasoned engineering leader with over 22 years of experience driving innovation and building high-performing teams across software, banking, and manufacturing. He has led the engineering team in developing user-focused, cutting-edge products—including the company’s flagship systems. He brings a unique blend of technical and business expertise, holding a degree in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA, along with certifications in Google Project Management and UX Design. He is passionate about user experience and continuous improvement, and is committed to aligning engineering strategy with business goals. Outside of work, Shahidul enjoys exploring emerging tech trends and spending time with his family.
